1. Who we are

2. The Service

Lost on Purpose uses AI to generate personalised travel itineraries based on the information you provide. The Service is delivered digitally and is available immediately after purchase.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the website and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed by Stripe. A valid account and a successful payment are required to access the itinerary generator.

4. Fair-use limits

To keep the Service fast and affordable for everyone, paid accounts can generate up to 3 trips per 24 hours, up to 50 trips over the lifetime of the account, and tweak each itinerary up to 3 times. We reserve the right to adjust these limits or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If your first itinerary does not feel like it was built for you, email us at isabeaudejaegeruyf@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund your full purchase amount, no questions asked.

Because the Service is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU lapses as soon as you generate your first itinerary. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies voluntarily and does not affect your rights under mandatory law.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies (out-of-date opening hours, closed venues, incorrect prices, etc.). You are responsible for verifying critical information (visas, transport, safety, bookings) before you travel. Lost on Purpose is a planning aid, not a travel agency, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated information.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful or infringing content, to attempt to access other users' data, to scrape or resell our output, or to circumvent usage limits.

8. Intellectual property

You own the itineraries generated for your personal use. The website, branding, prompts and underlying code remain the property of ISAGREY BV.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where ISAGREY BV has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
